Flow Bench Testing
Primary testing of the carburetor begins after each unit is remanufactured to O.E.M. specifications. Then the carburetor is flow bench tested. All manual adjustments are performed including choke, accelerator pump, electronic and computer component settings. Finally a complete air and fluid test is performed from idle to high speed operations. All marine carburetors are complete and have a lifetime warranty. They are calibrated and idle adjusted for our vessel.

Complete Lifetime Warranty

Flying Fish Marine Carburetors expressly warrants that all carburetors will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the carburetor to the original purchaser. The Complete Lifetime Warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship that appear within the lifetime of the original purchase to original customer. Flying Fish Marine Carburetors obligation under this express warranty shall extend only to the repair or replacement, at Flying Fish Marine Carburetors option, of any part or parts of any unit which has been returned to Flying Fish Marine Carburetors subject to inspection. Returned carburetors, that have not been installed are subject to a restocking fee, calibration fee, and shipping charges, if any apply. This lifetime warranty does not apply to any defects caused by fuel contamination, negligence after purchase, misuse, collisions or other accidents, or any unauthorized or unreasonable use including, but not limited to, improper application and/or installation.
